The Coolant Manager CD505 is a bacteria and odor control system for use in all water based systems, including soluble oils, semi-synthetics, synthetics, alkaline cleaners and water. The mechanism is very straight forward. The ozone is generated by passing plant air through miniaturized corona discharge module where plant air is changed into ozone. The ozone is fed into the coolant sump through a plastic tube and an ozone dispersion element which is placed at the bottom of the tank.

A single sump or several sumps can be handled by one unit. The ozone produced is effective on all type of bacteria and mold but does not alter the coolant in any way. The ozone kills bacteria and mold but does not cause dermatitis or harm the operator in any way. There are no hazardous chemicals to spill and The Coolant Manager CD 505 provides odor and bacteria control 24 hour per day seven days per week...

One Cleaner Does It All!

Now the single cleaner needed by machine shops. It can be used in spray bottles for wipe down operations, floor scrubbers, parts washers, steam cleaning and now it has been improved for use as a machine tool sump cleaner. It provides excellent penetration of soils to break loose fines and sticky residues including mold and fungus. It can be added to the coolant in low concentrations hours before the actual clean out.
